Our CEO Paula Manning has just become a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs having graduated from their yearlong ‘Start Up’ course. This school, sponsored by Lloyds Bank plc and the Bank of Scotland, has been invaluable to Paula teaching her business skills to bring back to the company and allowing her to network with other like-minded social entrepreneurs.
Paula was also provided with an external mentor to support her throughout the Course. Paul McKenzie from Group Sourcing at Lloyds Bank plc (below) has supported Paula throughout 2022 to further develop her commercial thinking, business planning and relationship management.
